Towards the end of the 1990s we were approached by a small letting agent based in Islington. They required a competent cleaning company that were able to offer high quality cleaning services on demand rather than on a regular basis. Due to the nature of our business we were able to comfortably meet their demands alongside our other, more regular client contracts.
As a letting agent for high-end apartments and houses in London, this client required highly detailed pre/post tenancy cleans to ensure the home is in a perfect condition, ready for its new tenants. These pre/post tenancy cleans not only involve a high quality all-over clean, but also professional level carpet, curtain and upholstery cleaning.
A number of years later as the letting agent grew, they were taken over by a larger firm of letting agents. So impressed with the level of service we provided, they not only moved their larger portfolio of pre/post tenancy cleans over to A Total Kleaning, but also contracted us to clean commercial premises, both their own offices and those that they let throughout London.
As the firm grew further and started running managed blocks of apartments, we were then tasked with the regular cleaning of the communal areas of these large apartment blocks.
As this client has grown from a small residential letting agent in Central London to a large multi-discipline agent spanning the entire capital, we have grown with them, adapting to provide our high quality, trusted cleaning service across a wide variety of applications.
